What you will learn

Optimise basic robotic surgical skills, including dissection, suturing, knot tying, and VUA. Applying a metrics-based training methodology to strengthen the foundations for optimised procedural practice in robotic general surgery.
Hands-on training RARP by metrics-based methodology. On IMRA hydrogel model + objective assessment

Pre-course learning:

Start of November: Registration on ORDNA platform and allocation to training group, overseen by expert trainer.

Review videos of dissection block training, suturing and knot-tying, and VUA, as well as detailed video on the RARP model and identification of landmarks and tasks to complete.
