Open To Trainees
Participants (active surgeon enrollees and observers) will:
- Perform basic and advanced laparoscopic procedures (e.g. Myomectomy, TLH, endometriosis excision) on highest fidelity real tissue surgical training models supported by real- time expert instruction and feedback.
- Experience guided and structured exposure to uncommon surgical challenges.
- Experience pathology-based simulation that supplements real-world operative variability
- Identify opportunities for integration of simulation training into deanery-level skills training.
